When I had my first child, I gained a new perspective on success. It wasn't just about achieving my own goals and having choices; I wanted to ensure my children had choices too. I aimed to be a role model for them, showing them what is possible and how to accomplish great things.
My why
I am the lead designer and creative director behind Julien Creative Design. My branding and website design journey started 10+ years ago as a writer. As I built my brand and website, I was frustrated. Like you, it wasn't why I started my copywriting business. But then I started to find the process creatively and intellectually stimulating. Doing my branding and website progressed into reading books about them and taking as many courses, classes, workshops, webinars, and conferences as possible to improve my knowledge and skills. Eventually, I began helping friends and family with their design work. Subsequently, I decided to launch my design studio. And I've been enjoying it ever since.
