What happens if we can't complete my website in one day for your "Website In A Day" Package?
Success on our designated day relies heavily on your active participation and timely feedback. It's essential that all website content—branding materials, text, and images—is ready and finalized before we begin. If any content isn't prepared, it could cause delays. While we aim to accommodate unexpected occurrences like internet disruptions or personal emergencies, if we don't finish because the necessary content or feedback wasn't provided on time, you have the option to hire me for additional time to complete the required tasks.

Do you offer other services besides website and branding?
Yes. They include: Copywriting, SEO Optimization, and Social Media Templates, and website design maintenance.
Will you be writing the content/copy for the website?
Before I specialized in web and brand design, I worked as a copywriter, so I offer an additional service to write your website content for $800. However, if you prefer to write the content yourself or hire another copywriter, please ensure it's ready one week before we start building your website. To help with this, I can provide a copywriting template that simplifies the process.
Do you offer payment plans?

What is your refund policy?
I appreciate your trust in choosing my services for your website. As a solopreneur, the sustainability of my business hinges on a carefully planned schedule, which means I cannot offer refunds after a contract has been signed and a deposit or full payment has been made. Please be certain of your decision to engage my services, and know that I am committed to delivering exceptional design quality that transforms your vision into reality.
What platform will my website be built on?
While I have experience with various platforms, I specialize in ShowIt and WordPress for services such as 'Design in a Day' and 'Design in a Week.' This is because I have developed specific systems and workflows for these platforms that enable me to efficiently create beautiful, impactful, and responsive websites within a short timeframe.
#1 Discovery Phase:
How It Works
We start with a free consultation call to ensure we’re a perfect fit. Once you’re on board, we'll finalize the booking details (contract signed, deposit paid--50% of package price) and schedule your project for launch.
#2 Onboarding Phase
We begin with a strategy session to review your brand and set the creative direction. This phase includes preparing a Pinterest board and gathering all necessary content like photos and text. If you opt for the website copywriting add-on, you wont have to worry about that since I’ll be the one to handle the copy.
#3 Design Phase:
For branding projects, I'll create a mood board and await your approval to ensure our vision aligns. For website projects, I start with the homepage, seeking your approval before proceeding. The design for the rest of your package continues once you’re happy with the creative direction.

Review & Revision Phase:
Here, I integrate all your feedback. You’ll have two opportunities to request revisions, ensuring everything is just right.
I'll provide a detailed tutorial on managing your website, empowering you to make future updates confidently. I’m also here to answer any final questions you may have.
